Hella chill foos working here This is my first time getting brand new tires. I always get cheap used ones to save the money but today i decided to ball out and get some new tires. The atmosphere is clean and very welcoming. The customer service doesn’t feel like they’re trying to up sell you anything but of course they bring up the wipers, inspections all that jazz but damn service here so cool. Might aw well get the whippers. Great spot and cool knowledgeable dude. Highly recommend

I had an excellent experience getting my new tires at the Discount Tire North Pearl Street location. The service was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Their entire process is exceptional—from being greeted at the door, to receiving a status update during the service, through completion. Everything was efficient, well-organized, and customer-focused. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this location.

I love Discount tires, their service and quality always reminds me that there are great companies out there. We take all 5 of our cars to the discount where we live. Just set up the old Yukon on some new tires and I love them.

Greg and Austin have this place running very good. Austin got me a good price on my wheels and tires, Greg got me in and out in only an hour. The store was staffed well and everyone was friendly. I have been coming here for 35 years and it is running better than ever before. Very happy with my new wheels and tires on my F350.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire after damaging my tire and rim. Even though I originally bought the tire in California, the team made everything simple and hassle free. When I called, a helpful associate explained my warranty and options clearly. In store, the service was just as impressive and friendly, welcoming, and transparent throughout the process. Cole and the team were especially attentive, helping me find solutions that fit my budget and keeping me informed the whole time. The repair was completed quickly, and I appreciated the strong communication I saw with all customers. Overall, excellent service that made a stressful situation much easier. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location.
